Sweets Lab V31 - Community Kendama Series The Community Kendama Series is an opportunity for any kendama player to submit their design ideas for a chance to be made into a Sweets Lab series. In April of 2021 we picked the top 10 out of hundreds of submitted designs, and you all voted on the final 3 to be made! We are so excited for these kendamas to finally be available to you all. :Silent of Violete: By Aris Firdaus I was inspired to see water mixed with gasoline, so I got an idea like this. Using combination of light blue and pink gradations, to form a fantastic purple color. The extreme playability of this new design meant it had to be brought over into other products we offer. With some tweaks we are proud to offer the BOOST to the world. The BOOST is pretty much a PRIME on steroids. The cups are slightly bigger, stalls more pronounced, and there is a balance bevel in the bottom cup to make lunars slap with ease. Unlike the original Decade shape, Safari BOOST kens are not made with laminated layers of wood but a solid piece of beech. BOOST tamas are also slightly larger to help improve play and match the bigger cups.

We picked 3 incredibly unique fruits to model these kendamas after, taking inspiration from their coloring; outside & inside. The stark differences between the peel and flesh of these fruits makes for excellent tracking.
